Ordering your favorite oil is simple as pie with our online system. Simply pick your oil and quantity, click to pay, and wait for those healing oils to arrive.

How long does it take my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours.

What is I have a medical condition?
At Cardinal Apothecary we try and be mindful of everyones needs. We recommend order the custom blend. Choose the product you need, and in the form area list your medical condition along with any medication you are taking so we can cross reference for possible side effects. Wih any new health items, please consult your physician first.

What if I have open sores prior to using the product?
We do not recommend using our blended oils on broken skin. Please allow your skin to heal before applying our products.

Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns for any of our products. If your oil arrive damaged please reach out to wellness@cardinalapothecary.com and we can work with you to get you a replacement oil.

Can I share my product with other people?
For health and safety, we do not recommend sharing the roller ball bottle, or nasal or oral inhaler with others. This prevents the spread of germs.

What happens if my order gets damaged?
If your order gets damaged due to shipping, please send an email to wellness@cardinalapothecary.com. Provide a description of the shipping damage and a photo of the damage.

Do any of your items have alcohol in them?
Our tinctures have an alcohol base. Alcohol is used in the process to extract the healing qualities of dry herbs and spices. Please note that it is not recommended for consumption by children.

Do you offer oil blends for massage therapy or massage therapists?
You bet! We make a custom blended oil for massage therapy and massage therapists that is suitable for massage or cupping therapies.
